Here at Enecta, we fundamentally believe you will be satisfied with the products you purchase with us.

That’s because Enecta carefully follows and controls the entire production chain to make sure our customers always receive high quality products.

If you feel that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund off the purchase price within 30 days from the date of purchase.

We will try to help you in the best possible manner.

How can I request a refund?

1. To start your return/exchange process, please, fill out and submit the above form with your name or telephone number as well as your order number.

2. Indicate which products you'd like to return and why. You can add an additional comment if needed.

3. Once your form is sent, you will receive an automatic email confirming that your request was successfully submitted.

4. Within 48 working hours one of our Customer Care representative will reach out to you.

Refund

If your request is approved you will be notified through email. Your refund will then be issued within 48 working hours.

Please note that the refund can only be made on the card/account you used to place your order. We are not able to transfer money to a different bank account or any other payment method.

Your money will appear on your account within a few days, depending on the policies and time procedures of your bank.

Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Enecta B.V. - Corantijnstraat 5 - Amsterdam NL 1058DA, wecare@enecta.com, phone number: +31 62 442 43 63) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail or the form on this page).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of the withdrawal

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).


We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than

– (a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
- (b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
- (c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

If you exercise the right of withdrawal, the payments you have made in our favour in connection with the relevant order will be refunded, including the delivery costs for standard delivery. However, any additional delivery costs that may be applied due to the fact that you have chosen a different (and more expensive) type of delivery than the standard delivery offered by us will not be reimbursed.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
